Kodasema OÜ is an Estonian architecture, design and engineering firm that creates innovative living and housing solutions that is very well known for its tiny homes. Good news! They are finally coming to the North American market with Koda a lovely movable "Loft Tiny Home".
The Koda Left is a 96-square-foot tiny home that includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom. It can be moved on a trailer, with the help of a crane to fit the home into place.
While this tiny house is technically movable, it needs to be placed on land that can support its weight. Also, it needs to be plugged into water, electricity and sewage to use all the amenities available.
Exterior and interior colors and finishes are customizable according to the taste of clients. The exterior also includes a ladder that drains rainwater, an open mailbox, and a bicycle holder. There is even a small patio attached to the home!
The interior is open-concept and has plywood-lined ceilings and walls and as laminate flooring. For added comfort all year around, there the home is wool-insulated. The flooring in the living living room, bathroom, and kitchen is electrically heated.
There is a ventilation system in place that prevent the house from overheating. Many windows in the house can open to let in some fresh air.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a sink, refrigerator, induction cooktop, large counter space and storage cabinets. You could also add a kitchen hood, dishwasher and washing machine if you wish. The tiny homes come with a dinning table located at the end of the kitchen right beside the living area.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a toilet, sink, and shower. The hot water is supplied by the water boiler. What else do you need?
During night time, you can turn on the LED lights to brighten up your tiny home! While it makes a comfortable small house, Koda Loft can also be used as an office, cafe store or working space!
