We have seen it all!
When it comes to real estate hype, here is a surprising and shocking example.
This is a residence that is listed on the market for the tidy sum of $999,999!
Yes, you read that right: this ridiculously small house is for sale for almost a million dollars.
You might think the photos don't do justice to the potentially out-of-the-ordinary look of this house, but they don't. There is nothing "sexy" about the photos provided by the real estate broker and on the other hand, what you will see is the grim reality.
The residence in question is located at 300 Euclid Avenue, in downtown Toronto and more specifically in the Little Italy district.
Described as a "big size" bungalow, this home is anything but spacious. The kitchen, for example, is quite regular in size.
Little information has been disclosed about this overpriced house, other than the fact that it has two bedrooms.
The home is currently unoccupied as shown in the photos.
At least the floors appear to have been laid very recently and the walls appear to have been repainted! Better than nothing.
Although nicely renovated and with a lovely bathtub, the bathroom is tiny. Really tiny!
And for the price, this property is also equipped with a small fenced yard which has no soul for the moment, but which could undoubtedly be furnished with taste.
The shed/garage is spacious enough for two vehicles.
The house is sold as is, without legal warranty. It is located in the heart of downtown Toronto, close to all services, restaurants, nightlife, parks, schools, public transportation and more.
But is the price really justified? What do you think? What are the average prices in your area?
