Banana muffins are delicious and this recipe is the best!

You can add walnuts if you want.

 

INGREDIENTS:

1/3 cup (80 g) of melted butter

4 large ripe bananas, mashed

¾ cup (165 g) of sugar

1 egg at room temperature

1 teaspoon (5 ml) of vanilla

1 ½ cups (186 grams) of flour

1 teaspoon (5 ml) of baking soda

1 teaspoon (5 ml) of baking powder

½ teaspoon (3 ml) of salt

 

INSTRUCTIONS:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

Melt the butter and let it cool.

In a bowl, mash the bananas, then add the butter, sugar, egg and vanilla, then mix well.

Add the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt, then combine well.

Grease muffin pans and place cupcake liners. Fill them with the dough, about 2/3 full.

Bake for 14 to 16 minutes, or until the center of the muffin springs back when touched. Remove from oven and let stand a few minutes before serving.
