Delicious pineapple cake perfect for cold time in winter.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 box of yellow cake mix
  • 4 eggs
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple with juice

For frosting:

  • 1 pot (8 oz) frozen whipped topping (Cool whip)
  • 1 small box of instant vanilla pudding
  • 1 can (8 oz) crushed pineapple with juice

PREPARATION

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Spray a 9 x 13 inch baking pan with a cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix eggs, cake mix, oil and crushed pineapple with juice. Mix well.
  3. Pour into the baking pan and bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
  4. Let cool completely.
  5. In a bowl, mix the whipped topping, the vanilla pudding and the crushed pineapple with its juice.
  6. Spread on top of the cooled cake.
