Ingredients to make Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake :
- 8 ½ oz crushed corn flakes
- 2 1/2 ounces of melted butter
- 4 tablespoons cocoa powder
- 200 g of hazelnut
- 500 g cream cheese
- 1 ½ cup + 4 tablespoons cream 35 %
- 85 g of sugar
- ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 170 g dark chocolate
- 8 Ferrero Rocher chocolates
Instructions to make Ferrero Rocher Cheesecake :
In the food processor, blend the cornflakes until you get bread crumbs, then add the melted butter and the cocoa powder.
Spread the mixture evenly in the bottom of a springform mold.
Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Place your hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast them in the oven.
While they are still hot, place the hazelnuts in the food processor.
Add cream cheese, cream, vanilla extract and sugar. Mix well.
Pour on the chilled crust, then put in the refrigerator until firm.
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate with the rest of the cream (4 tablespoons).
Pour over the cooled cheese layer.
Decorate with Ferrero Rocher chocolates and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
