If you follow the Kardashians you probably know that Khloe lost a lot of weight over the last few years. She recently shared her diet plan if you are curious to know how she achieve her new look!

1. Put your health first

The first thing that Khloe did was to put her health before anything else. She has now the help of Philip Goglia, the family nutritionist, to make the switch to a healthier lifestyle. The nutrition played a very important role in her physical change. 

2. Follow a diet plan

The beautiful Kardashian eats up to seven meals a day. Goglia found that it was what works best for Khloe's body. The meals involve usually healthy fats, proteins, fruits and vegetables. She also snacks during the day!

The nutritionist revealed to the Daily Mail what one day of eating look like: 

  • Meal one

One scoop of whey protein powder with one tablespoon almond butter and a fruit of choice blended with ice and water and made into a shake. 

  • Meal two

A piece of fruit of her choice.

  • Meal three

4oz chicken breast with vegetables and salad.

  • Meal four

Vegetables and 12 almonds.

  • Meal five

More vegetables like one cup of celery or tomatoes and one egg.

  • Meal six

For dinner:  fatty fish – either salmon, sea bass, black cod or artic char and with 8oz of vegetables and salad.

  • Meal seven

A piece of fruit of her choice.

3. Workout! 

Finally, Khloe has to stick a strict workout regimen. The exercises are created by her personal trainer Gunnar Peterson and usually involve the whole body. 

The routine has jumping jacks, dead lifts, jogging and other exercises wrapped in all one workout. The full-body workout is usually rather quick and can be done multiple time. She uses her day off the gym to do cardio or play sports.
