Mango, shrimp and avocado: A mouthwatering summer salsa recipe.

Avocados are trendy! Here is a delicious recipe to make them taste even better! An easy salad recipe that is perfect for the summer and warmer days.

Ingredients

  • 2 to 3 ripe mangoes, diced
  • 1 pound pre-cooked shrimp, diced
  • 2 red tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 small jalapeño, finely diced
  • ½ red onion, finely diced
  • 2 to 3 ripe avocados, diced
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, combine the mango, shrimp, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeño and red onion. Mix well.
  2. Add the avocados, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Combine and transfer to the fridge a few hours before serving. Enjoy!
