No sugar, no pectin and healthy homemade raspberry jam recipe.

Incredibly easy to make, a recipe to make right away!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 vanilla pod

Preparation

  1. In a saucepan, combine the raspberries and lemon juice and cook for about 6 minutes.
  2. Turn off the heat and add the chia seeds, vanilla and honey.
  3. Transfer the jam to small Mason jars and let cool. The jam will thicken as it cools.
  4. Cover and refrigerate. 

It is the ideal jam for your morning toast or as a garnish a chia seed pudding.
