Incredibly easy to make, a recipe to make right away!
- 2 cups of raspberries
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of honey
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1 vanilla pod
- In a saucepan, combine the raspberries and lemon juice and cook for about 6 minutes.
- Turn off the heat and add the chia seeds, vanilla and honey.
- Transfer the jam to small Mason jars and let cool. The jam will thicken as it cools.
- Cover and refrigerate.
It is the ideal jam for your morning toast or as a garnish a chia seed pudding.
