- 15 caramel squares
- 1/4 cup whipping cream 35%
- In a microwaveable bowl, add the caramels and whipping cream.
- Heat for 1 minute 30, stirring every 30 seconds.
- Once the caramel is completely melted, place it in the refrigerator and let it cool completely.
- With an electric mixer, whisk until the caramel turns creamy, only for a few minutes.
- Now you have a delicious frosting!
