INGREDIENTS TO MAKE THE POLLOCK SALAD:
- 250 g of pollock, diced
- 2 hard boiled eggs, diced
- 80 g mozzarella, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 large tomato, seeded and diced
- 2 tbsp. corn
- 3 tbsp. mayonnaise
- Salt and ground black pepper
INSTRUCTIONS TO PREPARE THE POLLOCK SALAD :
- Put all the ingredients in a large salad bowl and mix gently.
- Salt and pepper generously.
- Serve on beautiful Boston lettuce leaves and enjoy with crackers.
