Is there a better combination than chocolate and peanut butter ? To be honest, there is nothing that can be as good as this divine mix of sweet and savory. By the way, a little trick : try them in a pancake !

So, today we present you a recipe that once again proves that there is nothing like peanut butter and chocolate. This Reese's Fudge recipe is really simple to prepare and does not require any cooking. It goes without saying that it will please the whole family, so it would be better to double the ingredients of the recipe and keep some in the freezer !

So here is how to prepare this delicious dessert :

INGREDIENTS FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER LAYER :

- 1 cup of melted butter

- 1 pound powdered sugar

- 1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

- 1 1/2 cup Graham cracker crumbs (about 1 packet)

INGREDIENTS FOR THE CHOCOLATE LAYER :

- 1 pack of 12 ounces of milk chocolate chips

- 1 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter

INSTRUCTIONS :

1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients of the peanut butter layer together. Use a fork to mix well. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch baking dish. Let cool in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

2. In a second bowl, pour the ingredients of the chocolate layer, the milk chocolate chips and the creamy peanut butter. Melt in the microwave for about 1 minute. Mix until you get a smooth texture and a homogeneous mixture. Pour on the cooled peanut butter layer. Put it back to the refrigerator for about 2 hours until the fudge has completely hardened.

3. Cut the fudge into 36 equal squares and serve. Keep leftovers in the refrigerator or freezer. You will just have to let them at room temperature a few minutes before serving.

Note : This Reese's Fudge recipe gives about 36 small squares. It is also possible to replace the milk chocolate chips with dark chocolate chips. Creamy peanut butter can be replaced with crunchy peanut butter or almond butter.
