We often time forget to take care of our mental health! When it fact it is as important as taking care of your body. Prevention states that daily walks have the same effect as drinking a glass of wine - a real mood booster! Or maybe you can reward yourself with a glass of wine after your daily walk :-)

Doctors are always saying how exercice is important especially as we age. Mayo Clinic states that simple daily walks will help maintain that healthy weight!

If you cope stress with sweets or chips, try walking instead! According to Harvard Medical School, a 15-minute walk help curb all your bad cravings.

Almost any exercise will increase your circulation and heart rate and that way will also strengthen your heart heath. The Mayo Clinic also claims that walking can lower risks of developing type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure.
