It seems that it is not only the sexual organs that differentiate women from men: women's brains don't look like men's brains, and this difference has a major impact on their health.
It is a renowned UK neurologist, Dzhim Horn, who has closely studied the issue and comes to the conclusion that the complexity of the functioning of the female brain requires more rest! "Women's lack of sleep is strongly associated with high levels of psychological stress, as well as a significant sense of insecurity, depression and anger. For men, there is no connection."
What he recommends is simple and ... complicated: women should sleep really more than 8 hours a night! I don't know about you, but I'm really far from it ...
According to this professor, it's because the female brain has a more complex structure than men that her need for sleep is significantly higher!
Women tend to multi-task, they do lots at once and are flexible, and so they use more of their actual brain than men do, they would ideally need 10h30 of sleep per night!
Where will we find the time to sleep 10h30 per night, this nice professor didn't mention it in his study! Do you think you can sleep 10h30?
