Make your own cough syrup

Fight cough, blocked nose and sore throat with 100% natural syrup

Winter is not over and you are tired of this cough that makes all your family sick!

Here is a natural solution to relieve your family, without always running to the pharmacy to get you chemical formulas. This solution reduces sore throat and blocked nose!

Made from ingredients that are found in almost every kitchen, this remedy is effective for children and adults.

Give about one teaspoon (5 ml) to children of 6 to 10 years old and one tablespoon for children of 11 years and older. Adults can take a slightly larger dose and toddlers, half a teaspoon (2-3 ml).


2 tablespoons (30 ml) apple cider vinegar

2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey

2 tablespoons (30 ml) water

1/4 teaspoon (about 1.5 g) cayenne pepper

1/4 teaspoon (about 1.5 g) ground ginger


Place all the ingredients in a small pot and shake.

Store at room temperature for a few days or place in the refrigerator for longer storage.

Shake well before each use.

The spices will not dissolve in the liquid. The syrup will not be thick.
