How to do:
Prepare the dishwasher for the cleaning:
Remove all the dishes and the basket of the dishwasher.
Make a first cleaning
Pour a cup of white vinegar into a container and place it on the top level of the dishwasher. Then let it run through an entire cycle.
The vinegar will act as a disinfectant and will remove grease build-up.
Make a second cleaning
Sprinkle the inside of your dishwasher with baking soda and let it run through an entire cycle. The baking soda will remove all the grime and neutralize odors.
And if you want your dishwasher to be even more clean, you can also remove the spray arms before doing the cleaning steps explained above.
If you clean each part of your dishwasher, you will keep it longer!
And if you regularly notice grime on your clean dishes, it means that it is important to deep clean your appliance as soon as possible in order to get rid of that dirt. Using gloves, clean these parts with a mixture of white vinegar and baking soda.
This cleaning is recommended on a monthly basis to prevent grease build-up !
