The coffee grounds can be used in your beauty treatments, in the house and even in the garden. So it's not a waste and when you see everything you can do, you're going to be surprised.
Scrub. Coffee grounds are a very good exfoliant for the skin of the body since its grains will not cause irritation. It is useless to buy an exfoliator in the pharmacy while coffee grounds and a little coconut oil will do the job. It feels super good, without adding anything. Moisten the coffee grounds with a little coconut oil or olive oil, apply on the face or elsewhere on the body, then rub into small circles.
Acne. While being an exfoliator if you rub the grains on the skin, coffee grounds can also treat acne if used as a mask. Combine the coffee grounds with a little milk in order to get a paste. Spread the mixture on the facial skin avoiding the eye and lip contour. Leave on for 10 minutes before rinsing.
Cellulite. Coffee grounds are the most effective way to eliminate cellulite! A massage with coffee beans does a lot of good by exfoliating the skin. Mix 1 cup of coffee grounds and 4 tablespoons of olive oil or coconut oil as desired. Massage the area affected by cellulite, leave the mixture in place for 10 minutes, then rinse. Repeat often to see truly amazing results!
Hair. For smooth, shiny hair, add a teaspoon of coffee grounds to your conditioner. Apply and rinse normally. Beware, coffee grounds are not recommended for blondes since it is a natural dye.
Fleas. Did you know that coffee grounds keep fleas away? After washing your dog, rub it with coffee grounds, then rinse with water. Not only does the coffee keep fleas away, and your dog will be so soft!
Plants. Add coffee grounds to the soil of your indoor or outdoor plants. In addition to fattening plants, coffee grounds keep ants and other insects away.
Drain. The coffee grounds will also be useful in the kitchen: to clean your water discharges, pour a tablespoon of coffee, a few drops of dish soap and boiling water. The fat accumulated in the pipes will dissolve.
Saucepan. You will have more ease to clean greasy pans if you pour coffee grounds on the fat. Use a paper towel to remove the coffee grounds full of fat, then wash the pan with soap.
Fridge. The coffee grounds absorb bad odors, so remember to leave them in an open bowl that you leave in the fridge and replace regularly.
Odors. Are your hands smelly because of the fish, the onions, the garlic you cooked? Pour some coffee grounds into your hands, rub them well and rinse them. The smell will have disappeared!
